With geographic coverage across the UK, the Company offers field-based engineering services and around the clock alarm management via a central control room. The Company's product arrange includes remote and solar security towers, sold directly to or leased to the end user. The head office and manufacturing facility are located in Shropshire, with distribution centres in the North and Northern Ireland. The Company's structure includes a highly experienced management team and knowledgeable workforce with a deep understanding of its marketplace.

Reasons for sale
The company has grown into a GBP3.4m recurring revenue business with strong margins, long-standing customer relationships, and significant tangible assets; however, the company has been unable to carry the weight of its historic debt burden arising out COVID 19, most notably HMRC arrears and the costs associated in the switch from a service orientated business to that of a fabricator. Despite year on year growth and a clear pathway to increasing EBITDA, the strain of creditor pressure has overtaken cash flow, leaving the business unable to meet its liabilities as they fall due. The Company has explored the possibility of investment or a sale of the business, and whilst there has been interest to acquire the Company as a going concern, progress has been delayed / not forthcoming and the director is mindful of their fiduciary duties.
